MSN news not working

I was just on my start screen when I noticed that the MSN news app live tile had gone dark (still flipped, just very dark). I figured this might be solved with a reinstall, but after I try and install it again I'm given an error withe code 8103010d. Other apps seem to be installing fine. I have a 920 with Cyan and DP if that helps, in the UK set to UK region.

Try uninstalling the app, and then restart your phone, then try to install the app again, and see if it installs properly this time.
