Why ins't my Windows Phone caller ID working properly?

My Windows Phone Caller ID doesn't work properly

I have Windows phone 8.1 Device and when some call received it doesn't Identify the caller ID and Not showing its name. But the contact number and the name is there in my address book but that doesn't include the country code .. In other windows phones event the country code is not included its identify the number with rest part of the number.. How can i fix this issue ?

Have you tried adding the Country Code for those contacts?

Do you have International Assist enabled?

Just wondering but in your Region setting, is it the actual region that you're in?
