Can you uninstall the 8.1 update?

I'm going to bet the answer is 'no', but...
Is there some way to undo the latest system update for the windows phone? Not that there's any specific problem with it, I just find it kind of inconvenient and much prefer the old version.

The only way to do that is to install a ROM with the old version. Best to investigate how to do that. There's some threads on here that explain the process.
