Why does my phone not want to connect to its charger?

I plug in my phone to its charger in the wall, computer, or portable charger. it wont charge it starts to for like 2 mins and then kicks it out. I have restarted my phone multiple times and it keeps doing it. any suggestions?? other than getting a new phone?

If it is under warranty get it replaced. Also you might have had exposure to moisture.
