Why can I connect to my Rogers data plan?

why can i not connect to my rogers data plan?

I have 5 GB of data with my Rogers cellphone plan. Why can I not connect to the internet? I've gone from a iphone 4s to a Microsoft Blu Win cellphone

Maybe check with Rogers? It probably has nothing to do with the phone.

You can, if you want to, check Settings -> Cellular + SIM to see if it's on.

I would definitely contact ROGERS and tell them you can't connect to the internet using Data. I had the same issue a few years ago with an old iPhone. I went from a Blackberry to an iPhone and my data wouldn't work. I had to call them 3 bloody times before my issue was fixed.
