Why can't I type the question mark symbol when I try to type?

i cant type the question mark symbol when i try to type

for example when I text and I ask a question I cant seem to find out how to put the question mark symbol I have a windows 8.1

does your keyboard NOT have a key for '?' ...
or nothing happens when you press said key ?

To get ? Push . But hold it than you will find the ? .,?!- or push the &123 (left corner below) and &123 changes in abcd. And push abcd to go back

Same to me bro
Win10, but nothing happens(Warface only) when I try typing the question mark, or anything else to do with Shift. Strange(BUG?), but I do get times when I can accidently type it.:eck:
