Where is the L2TP option to select the VPN Type?

No L2TP selection on VPN Type

In trying to set up my VPN the instructions are to select L2TP as the Type - but the only option I have is IKEv2. There is no other selection option.

I have a Nokia 925 with Windows Phone 8.1 0.12393.890

Any suggestions as to why I'm not showing the other VPN options?

You haven't an updated firmware which allows this, I think you need at least update 1 as this was one of the changes bought in with that version.

Are you on a CV phone or is it network locked, and if so which one?
