Why does my Lumia 1520 keep resuming or loading when I try to unlock my phone?

Lumia 1520 resuming...

New to windows phone and I love my l1520 but the resuming or loading when I try to unlock my phone gets really annoying. Is there any way to remedy this issue or is it just a normal WP issue?

Second: It seems you have used LIVE LOCK SCREEN BETA app, to disable it:
Go to kids corner then enable it, it will show a pop up message asking you to disable that beta app

Yes, if you have the Live Lock Screen beta, get rid of it. There's known issues with it and the "resuming" problem. Once you uninstall it, as stated above, the fix to clear out the "junk" left behind, is to momentarily enable Kids Corner. You can then disable Kids Corner if you're not going to use it, but enabling it just for a minute somehow "recalibrates" the stock lock screen, and should get rid of the "resuming" issue.

I don't remember installing live lock screen nor can I find it on my phone, but I went ahead and enabled/disabled kids corner. As of now everything seems to be running fine. Thank you also Ed!
