Is there a way to add screens to my my HTC M8 Windows phone?

Wondering if it's possible to add (left/right) screens to my phone. As in, I would like to move some icons/folders to their own screen so I can scroll left or right to get to them, instead of all vertically.

Short answer: No.

Long answer: If you have the latest update on your device, you can group tiles in folders, which gives you more organisational control over your start screen and drastically reduces the vertical scrolling required.

Either way, it's best to forget about habits learned from "grid of icon" OSes and explore the new options you have with WP.
