Why does my phone send a private ID when I make a call?

why does my phone send a private ID when I make a call

the people I call get a private ID when I call themm

some of my friends wont answer my calls because they get a private Id when I call them. I get a recording saying they will not accept private calls.

Then go to phone settings and change it. Don't know what else could be wrong.
