Take your phone to a Nokia Care they will do it for you but u will lose all ur phones data and apps as they will hard reset the phone.
Otherwise just go by a friend with wifi but its quite a big update of around 500mb so it might need some convincing :/

I don't think its 500 Mb... May be around 80 Mb... U can use 3G connection. It will be better than Wi-Fi.

Actually for a non PFD user cyan is essentially wp8.1 so the combined size is easily around 400+ from my exp.
Also you cannot download updates larger than 20mb without wifi.
