How do I change the email address tied to my Trivia Crack app on my Samsung Galaxy S3?

I want to change the email address tied to my Trivia Crack app on a Samsung Galaxy S3.

When I downloaded the app I signed up with an email address that I no longer use - I can go in and edit my user name, but I can't figure out how to change the email address. Not a huge issue, but I would like to do it if possible.
