My windows phone lumia 1320 is not recognised my hp laptop 8.1

i am using a lumia 1320 latest denim updated is not recognised my hp laptop which is also winodows 8 updated to 8.1 single language. please help me

First... Is it the factory USB Cable? That does make a difference.

Second... Did it once connect and now it does not?

Third... Did you check Settings > USB after the update?

Fourth... Have you tried a Soft Reset after the update? (Hold Volume Down + Power until the unit reboots from powered up.)
