Where are the Quick-Access Tiles?

Cant find "Quick-Access" Tiles

Im new to WindowsPhone and looking for the tiles
to Enable/Disable

-Wlan
-Bluetooth
-GPS
-Sounds/Ringtone Mute

If your phone has 8.1 the action center is a swipe down onto the screen from the top of the phone.

You can find those settings in the action(notification) center. There are 4 quick toggle buttons there which you can customize from settings->notifications+actions.

As for the volume. Press any volume button on the side of the phone. Then press the down arrow that appears on the top right corner. There you'll find two scrollbars. The first one controls the sound for ringtones and notifications. The second one controls the sound from apps.

You can use the App, Skinnery Themes to create tiles for settings and more (like web sites). These tiles can be customized to get them to look exactly how you want and then pinned to the Start Screen. You can even make transparent tiles by having the color of the tile match the theme color of the phone and make tiles with up to 9 sides...
