Anyone had a replacement 1020 camera unit?

My 1020 has developed an issue, a faint whine that occurs whenever I move the device. It's only a small issue, but it affects video sound and is generally irritating. I'm considering sending it off for repair, but as I'm out of warranty (I dropped the phone a week ago, and after that I noticed this) I know there will be costs.

So, has anyone had a faulty 1020 camera component replaced by Nokia/Microsoft, and if it cost you, how much was it? As it's a minor issue it's not worth replacing the phone - or paying anything near that amount to fix it - but if the camera unit can be replaced for a reasonable price, I might go for it.

Thanks.

My screen cracked but phone still working, haven't changed LCD screen yet,not sure about cost ,will try and find out,I know the feeling, cause to replace my LCD screen would put me back $140usd and i gotta do install following youtube video,I'm even wondering if to get Lumia 930 after I replace screen and sell mine

Bump this. Do they even replace the camera module, or do they swap out the phone?

Well, I looked up a disassembly video on YouTube to understand the camera design a bit more, and it seems to be easy to replace - the screen is unscrewed and unclipped to be removed (as with any internal repair), and then all that stands between removing the camera component is a small metal frame that holds in the top of the battery and the camera, held in place by just three screws. Whilst it seems easy to do, it may not be so much in reality - and I'd much prefer to have Microsoft have a look at it, - but hopefully for one of their technicians it shouldn't be too hard or time-consuming. As I'm now out-of-warranty, I'd probably refuse a replacement phone on cost grounds.
