i'm using it for more than a year. this problem started appearing recently.

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that the visible part of the screen is less at the top and bottom?

If possible, a screenshot of the effect would help.

i tried to take screenshots. but the effect does not appear in the screenshots...:unhappy:

when i turn on the screen the parallel lines starts to appear. they slowly disappear by diminishing downwards, but takes a few minutes. please help me solve this problem...
