How do I recover a ringtone on my Nokia Lumia 1520?

just bought a new nokia lumia 1520 phone

when I left the store I had to ring tone on silk and had a ring tone now I don't. did I turn something off by mistake/

You most probably turned the volume down to 0 or set the phone to airplane mode, have a look around the settings it wont bite.
