when I have put the phone in the charge?
and when should I have stop charging?
I mean in what percent?
put incharge in 20% and stop in 95-98% is ok or not?

Usually the phone will stop charging at 100%

But you can stop charging whenever you'd like if you need to use the phone. There's no such thing as battery "memory" these days. Just charge for as long as you want to as often as you want to - the battery will certainly outlive the time you have your phone.
