Many people have this error and still no fix. I have that error while doing email manual sync, although everything works fine. Push mail, download app no issue. No notification on verify account. This hapened since upgraded to cyan using recovery tool (for me anyway). Still no solution until now

though I've not seen that code before, kindly check that your phone time, date, timezone and region settings are correct
Second, check that your main email account on the phone is okay - there's no error message and that it can sync
