Why won't my Nokia Windows phone boot?

My Nokia Windows phone won't boot!

After connecting the update the operating system to my Nokia Windows phone I got an error message about 'data loos'. Now when I try a hard boot I get the following: ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down." How can I connect the phone to my laptop and download a new operating system?

If you have access to a computer, download the Nokia Retail care app and install. Connect your phone via USB cable when the app instructs you to do so. This will load the latest software available and should solve your problem.

By the way, always tell us what phone, what you did to get the errors and what you have tried to solve the problem. Your title tells us very little to help you with.
