Why is my audio menu under system settings not functioning on my new Microsoft Lumia 535?

Windows Central Question

Why audio menu under system settings is not functioning in my new Microsoft Lumia 535

While selecting the Audio Settings under system setting is not functioning , taking me to system setting again

Settings > system setting > Audio

Please advice
