headphone jack not working
Hi,
I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 and my headphone jack doesn't seem to be working properly. I've only had the phone a few months and its never been dropped in any way so that rules out why it could be damaged.
The problem I have is when I plug earphones/speakers into my phone, I can hear music but only very very quietly. I've looked in audio settings and had a play around but nothing seems to work. The built in speakers work fine but headphone jack doesn't.
I wanted to know what could be wrong and what I could do to solve the problem.
