Does the Lumia 730 support live videos or not?

i want to know that lumia 730 supports live videos or not???

as per new release of lumia denim, some told me that lumia 730 doesnt support live videos,
my another question is that , can use my cdma(reliance sim) in wcdma slot???

Do you mean video chat?

Lumia has a 5MP front facing camera which is better than most. 1080p.

Like any phone, you need a video chat client. A program that supports video chat. Skype does this and is built in. Search the store for video chat.

Like a TV Tuner? Could you give one or more concrete examples?

The 730 is a Dual SIM set up. The Reliant SIM seems like it would be a perfect match for the device... Check with Reliant to be sure. If teh device is unlocked why do you think a Reliant SIM will not work? WCDMA is a protocol for GSM 3.5G which 730 is very capable of using.
