Why am I unable to reinstall or uninstall a game?

Can't Reinstall or Uninstall the Game

I downloaded the new family guy game but it probably didn't downloaded properly cause of network problems. I tried many times to download again. I couldn't because it seems installed (when I tried to install manually it tried to update the app) but it is not in the app list.

Do you see it in Storage Sense? Sometimes I am able to uninstalled games from there that do not appear in the app list.

Thank you. But it fixed itself today. I did nothing.
