part of my lumia 625 touchscreen not working after new update os version : 8.10.14219.341 but in some apps works well but stopped in calls area that have *0#

Try a soft reset... From power on > hold volume down + power buttons until the phone vibrates.

​If that fails do a factory reset.

I have been using the Lumia 625 but the touch screen does not respond properly some while trying use a certain app some other app gets active and other time it does not respond to touch when there are incoming calls .
I have reset the phone twice but the problems still persists.
Some please let me know what should be done.
