office lens equivalent for desktop?

Is there any equivalent to Office Lens that can be used on the desktop? I have some paper documents that I'd rather store digitally, and a photo would be easier than scanning, but I'd want to use my regular camera over the one on my 635. I guess technically I could take those pictures, upload them all to OneDrive, and then do the lens part on my phone, but I'm hoping there is a desktop alternative.

I honestly don't think so, but there's an alternative to uploading direct to OneDrive.

Hook up both the camera and the phone to your computer, and import the photos to the computer or transfer them directly to your phone. Then, do the Lens thing, and shuffle it back directly to your PC. Problem solved?
