How do I go from receiving a phonecall to adding that number to my contact information?

How do I go from receiving a phonecall to adding that number to my contact information.

Once I received a call I have the number in the history display of the phone app.
However obvious it might be, I can't figure out how to add the contact information without writing the number down and then go to the People app.
It should be much easier. Can anyone tell me how to do it?

There should be a circular symbol next to that number. Hit that and you will be able to save that number, etc.
