Why does my Lumia 930 freeze while turning off?

Lumia 930 freezed while turning off

Hi I turned off my phone but as it shows the goodbye screen it froze.. It has been an hour and a half and it still shows the goodbye screen.. I tried pressing the on/unlock button but nothing works.. I have a lumia 930.. Is there anyway I could reboot the phone? Because the phone doesnt have a removable battery so I cand do a hard reboot..

1) Try soft reset: Power + Volume down for 10-15sec
2) Plugin the charger
One of them should work
