Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 710 battery charging?

nokia lumia 710 battery recharge problem help..

it happend 2 hourg ago my lumia 710 had 1 pervent battery and it shut down.. so i tried to recharge it it didnt turn on.. I waited 1:30-2 hours and it still isnt turning on 1 time i tried to turn it on and it vibrated and stuff like that and then stopped ... help me how to turn on the phone ? im charging it atm on a usb on the pc .. ..???

When your battery goes to 0% it puts the chip in the battery into a "coma."

Use only the Factory Charger (if you can) and don't push any buttons, just leave it charging. It will take several hours for the battery to "wake up" and when it does the phone will boot and start charging normally after that. Leave it on the charger until it gets to 100%.
