Why does the reception on my Keeos keep cutting in and out (also when I play music)?

While talking the reception keeos cutting in and out, also when I play music,

While talking the reception will go in and out, both in and out coming calls. when playing music I will press play the music goes on then pause. When I have headphones plugged in I do not have any problems.
