How do I fix distorted voice messages in WhatsApp? [Lumia 1320]

I have a Nokia Lumia 1320. The problem is with WhatsApp voice messages. The voice messages received in WhatsApp is totally distorted. Please help...

Are your friends recording the messages in a noisy environment?

No they are not...its the problem with voice only not noise

Also if the voice message is of 10 seconds, it plays distorted voice for 3 or 4 seconds and stops...
