Error code C101a7e3, what do I do with this?

Hello! I have a Nokia lumia 830. When I purchased the phone, I installed the app "6snap". My phone is only 2 or 3 weeks old. But yesterday when I was going to view my new snaps it didn't work. I thought I could uninstall this program, and install it right back. It worked on my old LG phone when I had this problem, but on this phone it was not a success.. Instead I couldn't find 6snap in the app-store any more as a regular app. I found 6snap under my apps in the app-store, and I tried to install it from there. But now my phone just says thet there are some problemes to complete my inquiri, and that I have to try again later. I got an error code C101a7e3. Can anyone please help me with this problem?

6snap has been removed from the Store, a pissing war between Snapchat & ... (regarding third party apps using their APIs)

If you search, you'll find third party Snapchat apps are having their accounts locked.
