Facing app icon blank(grey) amd some times home screen tiles blank problem

I've a Lumia 520 and I've recently updated Lumia Denim. I'm getting this problem after updating Lumia cyan. I've updated only official versions not pfd. I'm using class 4 SanDisk micro sd card. Can anyone please tell me the solution? I've gone to Nokia care but they can't able to solve the problem. Thanks. Please tell me if anyone faced this problem also.

Are the blank/grey tiles apps which are on your SD card because it looks like a SD card problem.
If so get your SD card out and scan it on errors with your PC.
Maybe you need to get a new SD card if the problem stay's in this case I would recommend a class 6 or even better a class 10 card.
