Why don't I have camera or picture albums after *.1 update?

I have no camera or picture albums after *.1 update

I updated my Nokia 822 today as required by Microsoft to 8.1. Update seemed to go fine. When it all came back on, my camera and all my photo albums had disappeared. Have already been to Verizon store and they have no clue what to do. I use the Cloud so know my photos are retrievable somehow but where is my camera?

I have the same phone 822 and did the update with no problems, l would install the one drive app and sign into it and all your photos if saved to the cloud will be there! Don't know if you had the app before but it is great. As far as the camera app go to the store, settings, my apps and reinstall it.
