Can I use class6 micro sd in Lumia 730?

I brought a samsung class 6, 8gb micro sd for my lumia 730..and i am having some issue with it...sometimes the screen goes black...and the mobile itself takes a reboot....i have also made a factory reset but the problem remains same...can some one help me...?

Get a class 10 u1 sd card on eBay. Usually pretty cheap, just make sure you buy a legit retail one and not an unmarked generic from china or you may run into problems which in worst case you'll have to reset your phone to fix.

I've never heard of the SD card forcing a phone to randomly reboot. You must've got a seriously defective generic card.

Indeed sd card does not let your phone reboot.
If you don't see a (unacceptable) lag between saving pictures/video on SD and internal memory than you can keep using the 6 gb card . Otherwise get a class 10 as above advised.

If you leave the SD card out of the phone does it still randomly reboot?

I've tried:
Samsung 16GB Class 10 UHS
Samsung 32GB Class 4 USH
Kingston 16 GB Class 10

They all work perfectly with my L735. (However, the Kingston did not work with a certain Android phone.)

Format and try the card again. I would recommend buying SanDisk Class 10 UHS-1 cards. Work great on my 620
