issue with earphones

i had bought nokia 730 yesterday but the earphones which i got are not at all comfortable can i exchange in nokia priorty store for new one ?(bud headset) and also can you please suggest me the best headsets compatible for this piece

If the earphones came in the phone package, you're out of luck. You can't exchange them.

On the other hand, should this be done through some promotion with free earphones that come separate from the phone package, there is a chance for you to replace them.
