Why am I unable to download apps and games?

unable to download apps and games

I've tried several times to download different games from the Microsoft store, it usually gets about half way and then it goes into the action needed section, when I tap on it it says we are having trouble installing etc, 've tried several games, deleting and re-installing, also the games have on the phone have gone back to how they were when they were installed, not kept my history?

Do you install them on SD or internal memory. Try to switch and see if it works. How much storage memory do you still have. If its to low you can get this kind of problems.
If installing on internal memory is no problem but on sd is than the sd has to be formatted or changed to a new one.
