Is that possible hardware sound problem and video recording problem fixed ??

[Windows Central Question]

I'm using lumia 920. my problem is that when i open video recording then come back my home screen and both of the same problem music player !! I give to fixed nokia care but they don't. there say .. "hardware problem !! can't fixed that...!! "
But my question .." Is it possible to fix it ??"
