My Phone's locked using Security Code, but anyone can turn it off by just holding the power button

My phone is locked using security key. But it is still vulnerable as even with the keyguard on it is still possible to turn the phone off in a regular way. Is this a joke? It has to be changed ASAP. -_- This is a major security flaw...Microsoft has to change it ASAP.... -_-

God help us if the OP finds out that WiFi can be turned ON from the lock screen without the pin code.
