[Help] Microsoft account on Windows phone?

when adding my account there was a typo..now my phone cannot download any apps or use catano unless i reset my phone..really, i have to lose everything and reset to factory...will i lose my basic phone number also??? anyone help

No your number is on the sim card so this won't change and because you have the typo you won't have been able to do enough to make doing a reset a problem.

Huh? That doesn't sound right. You made a typo and it accepted that account, with the password you provided? That means you're using someone else's account.

So yes, factory reset it.
