I updated my Nokia Lumia 822 to 8.1 and have experince some nuisences?

[Windows Central Question]

Before Windows 8.1, when I added accounts to my phone like my email's it would create an app that lets me view email. Now whenever I open my email whether it is my google mail or school email (outlook) it would immediately close automatically. My phone it aware when I get an email, but it doesn't let me view it. Also the bing search function that has a button is no longer works and I can't seem to get cortona to work. Does anyone have any solution?

Sounds like you need a clean install. Try a reboot first.

First soft reset (press + hold power + volume down until the phone vibrates)

If that doesn't help, I highly recommend factory resetting the phone. Erasing data might seem daunting, but it is highly likely it will erase any problems as well.

Is your phone have the correct date and time?

Yea try a soft reset, then if nothing happens, then try the hard way
