My 925's ear speaker wasn't making any sound after a few months of use and I had tried every software update and version possible and everything and nothing worked. I sent it to Microsoft to get it fixed and they said they fixed it. The repair sheet says
"Passed software update, passed complete functional test, passed complete RF test, passed quality inspection"
They said it's repaired now, but I still get no sound.
Do I send it back or am I missing something?
