Why is my app taking so long to download?

This app I downloaded has been pending for ages even though I have nothing else waiting to download?

It'll show pending if the download is fairly large and will only download on a WiFi connection. If you're already on a WiFi connection, it could be the download servers are a bit busy and give it a little time...

i have had/still have this issue with family guy: the quest for stuff. it'll download 10% then sit stuck on pending. i can download MUCH larger games and apps no problem, but this one ALWAYS stops around 10%
