I updated my windows phone to 8.1, now my calendar is gone! how do I get it back?

I cannot find it anywhere and the phone keeps asking me to put in a password for my Microsoft account, which I didn't even know I had and don't know. Help!

The password is for your hotmail account. Whatever password you use to log into hotmail/outlook is what you need to type intot the phone
