how can i get my nokia Lumia 635 to turn off airplane mode it is stuck on airplane mode

I can't get it to turn off of airplane mode I have tried a soft reset and a hard reset and it won't turn off

IF you turn WiFi ON & Cellular data ON - airplane mode will effectively be OFF.

Did you cross flash your Lumia to another Region?

You may have borked your radio. Return to the original ROM.

I tried this, but the data wont turn on. The second I try to switch it on, it automatically goes right back to airplane mode. So frustrated. I took it to the t-moblie store and they said I had to go to the windows website, but i cant find a single thing about it, or how to contact them.

If you got your phone from t mobile go back to them and demand a replacement. Don't let the send you away without a proper solution. If you did a soft reset and hard reset and still have the original ROM it is a hard ware issues.
There is however one thing you can do if you are up to it. It is not very difficult if you have some computer skills.

If after you use the Lumia software recovery tool the problem is still there it is definitely hardware and you still should have warranty so get it changed.

Have you tried pulling the sim, then booting it up ?

This should flush airplane mode, then power down & put the sim back in (could be a sim issue)
