Why can't I use the store from my phone Nokia Lumia 1520 (it always give the errors 805a0194)?

i can not use the store from my phone nokia lumia 1520 it always give the errors 805a0194

i cant install any things from its store

Have you tried restarting your phone? (Hold down the power and volume down buttons together for about 10 seconds until it vibrates) Then try the store again. Try a different app in the store to make sure it's not just that particular app also.

Make sure your Microsoft Account can sync: Settings > email + accounts > hold down on the account name and tap "sync" from the pop up menu that appears...

If you can not sync:
  • make sure date and time is correct for where you are
  • try removing any restrictions set up in Data Sense
  • you can go to your Microsoft Account on a PC Browser and change the password - then go back to the phone and visit the settings described above - it should ask for the new password and that might reset the account sync
