I haven't tried it myself, but there's a third party solution for doing just that. Of course you'll have to have an Apple ID. Here's a link to what you'll need.

edited to keep anyone from trying it... it's obviously a scam to install some sort of malware or adware on your machine. Thanks Xandros9 for pointing it out!

Nope, I doubt any iMessage solution exists outside of Apple devices.
That site seems suspicious from the get go and requires a survey before getting any download.
("Screenshots" aren't helping either)

Yeah, you're right. I just tried looking into that and luckily for me, Malwarebytes wouldn't even allow the page to be opened on my machine.
