Why can't I make calls using Viber on my PC?

I cant make calls using Viber on my PC

I have Windows XP, and the problem is that I cant make any calls using VIBER ( cant call and also receive calls ). When I try to do it, Viber just turns off. I have no problems with internet or other programs such as Line though. Please, help!
