Why are some L830's sporting the silver colored bezel, and some are black?

I just ordered one from ebay/US (ATT version), and I'm worndering what color bezel will arrive. It shipped "new" with all colored back plates and a wireless charger for just over $300 usd.

Internationally this is the case: the original white Lumia 830's have a white bezel. The original black Lumia 830's have a black bezel. All the colored versions (like green) come with a white bezel. (well it's not really the bezel, but you get the point)

But the AT&T seems to be the only one on the planet to come with a black bezel for some odd reason. Basically you'll get the black bezel version.
