What is "developer preview"?

What is developer preview, if i have enable the same than my new lumia 630 (dual sim) can get denim (full version) update before it's actually available for my phone?
Is my phone warranty void after developer preview enable?
Can i rollback my previous os (cyan)? If yes than what is the procedure?
Experts please help me......

Developer Preview will only update the OS, not the firmware, so you won't get Denim but you would get Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. You can roll back using a Windows PC and the Lumia Software Recovery Tool: FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA
As for the warranty, it's a debatable topic. It doesn't automatically void your warranty but if the pre-release software permanently damages your phone and they can prove it, they can deny a warranty claim. It's not typically an issue though. Just don't ask for support when using developer preview and if you need to file a warranty claim, roll it back using the recovery tool first, if possible.
